Watch dogs and The Last of us are my co winners thus far.
With Assassins creed 3, halo 4, Tomb raider, Dead space 3 just behind....
Now give me my new IP from Media molecule, Fortnite from Epic, and The last guardian, beyond good and evil 2 and Strikeforce from Insomniac SuckerPunches new game, GG's new IP...
I think alot of people would love to see it, perhaps someday, hope burns eternal...
*Fortnite* from Epic and *Overstrike* from Insomniac, along with *Last gaurdian* and *Media Molecules* new IP, *GG's* new IP, *Santa Monica's* new IP, *Beyond good and evil 2*, were 7 games high on my list to see....
But just because they were not seen up front and center, does not mean they are/were no shows, possibly they are being shown in some form, shape, or matte...

I have mentioned this a few times here. I believe that when Santa Monica jumped in to help that they have gone straight to the PS4 with the game. Ueda's vision probably went past what the PS3 could deliver. This is more a plan for something better than a production from Hell problem...

I agree we do not need the next gen right now, however.... I would like to get a glimpse into the future now, as it's closer then most are willing to accept.

I am really extra excited to see/hear anything on Media molecules new IP. I know they will bring something fresh, and as far away from a generic run of the mill type game as can be.

My bet is we will see the Last guardian when the PS4 is shown. I get this feeling due to the extensive delay and now Santa Monica sony joining in that they have gone into a revamp overhaul, and a big part of this is due to upgrades the game will be getting for the PS4...I hope we at least get to hear something new on the game, where they are, where they are heading would be nice...

I think most people would like to see MGS5 at E3 in some form.
In a perfect World a glimpse of MGS 5 along with an all new IP would be ideal.
Project Ogre (open world Zone of the enders) could be the next game too.

I2 ended with quite a bit of closure. Let's see that story put to rest for the time being.
I would love to see a new IP, something more quirky, creative, with a realistic toon/caricature look and feel, as far away from generic as can be, something fresh and new, a bit risky, not some cookie cutter safe bet of a game. (not saying Infamous games are generic, they do have a fresher appeal than most).

I agree 100%. Beautful look and feel. Has a old school action/adv/platformer look and appeal with todays power backing it.
Stylish and creative, looks deep in both charm and gameplay in that quick look.Animations look very smooth and fluid too.

The lighting engine from Uncharted has *"evolved"* in The Last of Us, that's going to be some fine looking game.
I wonder how much the new lighting will help the day/night/twilight light.

I get this feeling it is being held back for PS4. And it's starting to look like they may even wait a year into the Ps4's life (2014 fall) to release, to allow for a larger user base, along with more dev time.
The good news is it will be even better in all aspects. The bad news is more waiting time.
In the Febuary Game informer I recall reading that there have been technical issues and the engineering team is reworking it. It is playable.

For me along with the last of us it is pretty clear by most peoples thoughts at the show or from home that "Watch dogs" was a show stopper, with potential galore. It appears to be a true next gen game. It is a real gem in the making...
